Where some service providers in this field may cater primarily to traditional married families, this office lacks those limitations. The willingness to work with people that others might write off takes guts. The issues that others left about only working with the other staff is true but they can't actually be serious! Anybody who is good attracts patients.The issues noted about not being available to answer questions!? I called and pestered about questions and concerns a LOT before, during and after and I was always treated like I was someone special. That's impressive. I had noticed a bit of staff turnover but I didn't invest my money in the staff, but rather the doctor with many years of experience. I don't know how many people really read these things, where I'm sure word-of-mouth is more utilized here but I wanted to offer another view. I said that it was a one shot deal and that I was only going to try once. I don't know why it worked but against all odds I have a child.

Excellent doctor, excellent staff. Compassionate, caring (especially Gina!). I have my child because of Dr. Nemiro and his team! Unconditionally recommend!

I was holding off writing my review until I had enough time to really convey my feelings for Dr. Nemiro and his support staff. After reading a previous review, I thought I better get something down in writing before another couple coping with infertility misses an opportunity. Dr. Nemiro is nothing short of an absolute blessing when you are faced with the inability to conceive. After 7 unsuccessful IUI cycles elsewhere, we found immediate success with Dr. Nemiro. We now have a perfectly healthy, beautiful, unbelievably loving 14-month-old son. We do not have fertility coverage so I searched the country for the best doctor my hard-earned money could buy. I travel (yes, I still do) from Chicago to Phoenix just to see Dr. Nemiro for my fertility complications. I have never looked back since my first consultation over 2 years ago. He is compassionate, considerate, respectful, and always at the front of his field, which seems to be evolving daily. We are starting our second round… of IVF in hopes of a second child this month with Dr. Nemiro. I will not say IVF is painless as it, for us, is an inevitable process that we endure for our child(ren). But what a difference infertility is with Dr. Nemiro. It is not humiliating; it is not emotionally uncomfortable; it is not a blind ordeal. He is up-front from day one and honest about your personal situation and options. Dr. Nemiro is a breath of fresh air when you are suffering the toll infertility takes. My previous doctor scheduled our procedures around her own rigid schedule rather than my physiological clock. During my miscarriage (from a natural pregnancy), I desperately needed a D&C so we could test the baby for potential causes. My doctor in Chicago wouldn’t perform the surgery until she had time the following week, which would have been too late. I jumped on an airplane, and Dr. Nemiro performed the surgery the following morning. We gained invaluable information that will prevent us from having future miscarriages. I will be forever grateful for this. Dr. Nemiro will schedule you on a weekend if that is what your body requires. He will return calls and update you on the status of your embryos late at night or on the weekend if needed. He is dedicated to each patient, and we definitely feel like a priority. Cheryl, another reviewer, said it best when she said words are not enough. Dr. Nemiro truly came into our lives for a reason. And that reason is sitting in front of me watching television while I write this review. His support staff is amazing. I cannot say enough about the lead nurse, Gina. Picture everything you want in the nurse comforting you for the emotional roller coaster of infertility. Whatever you’re imagining, I guarantee you Gina fits the bill. She is so strong every single time you need the support. And yes, the office staff can be a wee bit loud. They are friendly! Wouldn’t you be excited and happy when your work is to help complete families? In closing, you know who you are if you need Dr. Nemiro. And I actually consider myself lucky to need him. (Sidebar: I have never gotten another reviewer’s “money hungry” sentiment from his office. It’s actually been quite the opposite for me. Infertility itself is extraordinarily expensive. His fees are moderate, and I have done national research on this point. Many tests are required in an attempt to locate a couple’s source of infertility and to give you the best chance for a successful conception and pregnancy. These are standard across the board before embarking on IVF. Dr. Nemiro even lets me do all my labs and ultrasounds at other facilities that my insurance covers.)

I wound never go to this doctor again he is money hungry. Everythime we would go in there he would say I needed surgey or that there was a additional test to be done. It seemed like all he wanted is to keep taking our hard earned money. Very disappointed in his office as well they are very loud.

Dr. Nemiro is the very best Dr. that I have ever seen. Due to his expertise I was able to have children. When I first went to Dr. Nemiro I had recently had a ruptured tubal pregnancy, resulting in the removal of the tube. Dr. Nemiro had extensive expertise in this area and actually did surgery to repair the damage the other "Dr" (use that term w/regret) had done by leaving blood in my abdominal cavity - hence damaging the remaining tube. Dr. Nemiro went in thinking it would be a "simple" procedure of cleaning up but ended up taking out my remaining fallopian tube-remaking it- and reimplanting it, while leaving an almost microscopic looking piece of plastic tubing w/a loop at the end in the fallopian tube to take out after it healed. This was to be my only chance of being able to conceive "naturally". Almost 1 year later I did indeed get pregnant, unfortunately it was another tubal. Approximately 1 year after that I was pregnant and delivered a healthy baby girl (who is now 24);… two years later I delivered a second little girl (now 22). My husband and I count our blessings that we found Dr. Nemiro. We had sent my records nationwide, to numerous Dr.'s seeking their opinion and Dr. Nemiro's name kept coming up - that he had just started a practice in Phoenix. It was convenient (we lived in Tempe) and he was God sent to us. His mannerisms and respect he paid all of his patients was amazing. He was never too busy to speak to you about anything. He had "meetings" and "picnics" for patients and their families, so they could see they weren't alone in their quest. I have never met a Dr. who was so gifted and so caring. We moved from the Phoenix area really before we were finished (or so we thought) with having a family. Turns out I had two more tubal pregnancies. I know in my heart and soul that Dr. Nemiro would have seen that I had more children; however, my husbands job came first....I remember to this day the small "closet" in his original office that you had to lay on the table and if your husband was with you they had to squeeze together (this was the ultrasound room). When I had the 2nd tubal after the reimplantation of my only tube-he said he had never done that before but that my chances were none if the tube wasn't repaired. He had tears in his eyes when he met me at the hospital (with my hubby, and mom & dad - who were visiting). I told him I just needed to pray and get it right - not ask just to be pregnant but to have a baby. The good news I told him was I WAS PREGNANT! And, low and behold thanks to those gifted hands and his superior intelligence, we have two beautiful, wonderful daughters (who happen to be extremely intelligent also). They know all about our miracle doctor. The man who really was so much more than the degrees that hung on his wall. He was a kind, patient, humorous, supportive Dr. I sent quite a few friends to him and not one didn't end up having a child (or two or three...) Plus, they all felt the way I did, I believe strongly in God and am very religious and I truly believe God alone gave this one gentle man a gift above all others. I was surprised and saddened to see that two people complained about him. My God, if I could have gotten pregnant w/5 I would want them - and I am certain it was discussed. Dr. Nemiro was always out front and open - educating as he treated. He told me once that I would probably always feel infertile (even though I could get pregnant but w/tubals) and also had 2 children. He was right. He said it was just something that women often feel because we all think that when we want to have children - well heck, isn't it supposed to be easy? I'll never forget Jane who was such an upbeat office manager. She was just a wonderful person. He might not walk on water but he comes pretty darn close! Hello Dr. Nemiro-thank you is by far too little too late. I don't remember ever having to wait too long, but I do remember when Dr. Nemiro saw you, you weren't rushed, you were cared for.
