First visit with Dr. Poorman. Very pleased with his efficiency, knowledge and bedside manner. The office staff appears very competent and courteous and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Poorman was very pleasant and took the time to answer my questions. I was very nervous about the procedure and they did everything they could to put my fears to rest. A friend had the same procedure a week before with a different Doctor and literally had me scared of even the prep. Instead of the horrible drink my friend described, I was prescribed a colon cleanser that tasted a little like thicker koolaid. Wasn't bad at all, and was only 10 ounces the day before and 10 ounces 5 hours before the procedure instead of the gallon or so of nasty go lightly or so that my friend described. I hate needles, but the nurse was so percise, I hardly felt it. I highly recommend them.
