the best doctor ever, caring man

Each time I visited this office I--LITERALLY--waited TWO hours. I got smart and started making the first appointment of the day; however, he was still late (showing up with donuts & coffee--oxymoronic if you ask me). I've gotten a bill TWICE and called to pay it; I even gave my credit card number AND still got another bill. VERY unorganized. Just go and you'll see. There is no nurse and the gal who takes vitals does just that. The office is run-down and the receptionist doesn't seem to care (like she's just there for the check). I think he means well, but he just doesn't have it together, which makes one feel like you are at a one star hotel. Anyway, I stopped seeing him. Called today to settle the bill I got in the mail and they insisted that I do not have a bill--whatever. WEIRD.

Dr. Sacks I feel privileged to have the opportunity to call you my Primary Care doc. I am always impressed with the way your sincere discussions, during my visits, take me back to the way I remember country doctors used to be. The fact that you actually care about your patients shows in every visits. Your caring nature even seems to flow through to the way you work with your staff. I am really really impressed with the fact that you are not quick to throw some "new super drug" at a diagnosis.Hope to continue our relationship for many years to come.

You are one of the most caring doctors I have had in my lifetime of 55 years young. You always seem to get me and my husband laughing-and feeling good when we have even the most serious of discussions with you. You are very loving and caring. You always seem to give everyone the best of you...Would not trade you for a million bucks!!! Really!!!!Hope to have you as my doctor for many more years to come!!!
