Dr. Jay Owen Schlossberg, DO

While I being seen here, his staff made a billing error and said I'd have to call billing to correct it. Billing told me the receptionist made a mistake and there's nothing they could do. I protested and he even told me "America would go broke if Everyone paid only what they owed" As a last measure, I contacted the BBB. My bill was corrected but I was discharged with no warning or contact due to "Conflict of interest." I didn't find this out until I showed up for an appointment.

this man is phenominonal... very detailed and has found a cure for every illness my son has every had, Best in class. I tried other doctors... Im going to change my insurance carrier so i can go back to a real doctor. He raises the bar in healthcare. five star everything............... t

Not bad for speedy care. I wouldn't make my primary but definitely good for pop up medical issues.

I WENT TO THIS DOCTOR AND MY APPT WAS PLACED ON HOLD BECAUSE OF A SO CALLED OFFICE EMERGENCY. I ASKED TO BE RESCHEDULED BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO MISS WORK. I ALSO ASKED FOR AN DOCTORS EXCUSE TO SAY THAT I WAS THERE. THEY GAVE ME THE EXCUSE AND RESCHEDULED ME BUT WHEN MY JOB CALLED TO VERIFY THEY SAID THE EXCUSE WASNT VALID BECAUSE I ONLY GOT MY VITALS CHECKED AND NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR. I WAS RELEASED FROM MY JOB BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER. THE WAITING AREAS IS ALWAYS NASTY. NICE DOCTORS BUT POOR AIDES. VERY RUDE.

When walking in the lobby, the first thing I noticed was how filthy their cloth chairs were. They were stain with all kinds of unknown substances. The workers behind the desk were pretty rude too and very short. I never once seen Jay Schlossberg but always seen his NP Helen. She is pretty nice but don't really know how to address issues and refers you away to specialist only for you to find out that she could of treated you at the office. The specialist will tell you to go back to her and have her treat you for the simple illness. Physician visits are too expenses to get sent all over the world for treatment!!! What I hate worst is the office staff. They really need lessons on Customer Service!!!
