Five years ago, a bladder and prostate cancer diagnosis brought us skidding to an abrupt halt. Finding our way to Dr. Jay Shah still feels like a miracle. He gave us precious hope and every reason to believe in his ability to heal. Dr. Shah is a highly skilled surgeon, and he not only saved my husbandâ??s life, he also makes the ongoing effort to connect with him and me on a human level. Dr. Shah â??s willingness to go above and beyond is extraordinary. For instance, he coordinated, led and performed a highly complicated, â??MacGyverâ?? like, post-operative technique that changed my husbandâ??s quality of life. I am a patient of Dr Jay Shah at MD Anderson.
