Dr.Shenaq is vey dismissive and inconsiderate of peoples time. He made me feel very small as I am a healthcare professional as well.

Dr. Shenaq is a kind and caring surgeon. He is very attentive, compassionate, and took time to truly listen and personally address each of my daughter's concerns. Thanks to Dr. Shenaq for all he did for her. I am so appreciative of the kind and gentle care he provided and we could not be more pleased with the results. I have literally seen my daughter's confidence sore exponentially since her surgery! I am also very grateful to his staff, Jessica, Desiree, and Kathy, for their patience, kindness, and compassion while caring for my daughter. The entire experience has been nothing but positive. My only regret is that he wasn't in practice when I went through the same surgery 40 years ago!

I could not have had a better experience than I did with Dr. Shenaq. He is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable in his field. His office staff is also friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to see Dr. Shenaq and hardly ever wait. I'm also incredibly happy with the surgical result.

He allows all the time you need to ask questions and provides the answers. He is compassionate and also keeps things light hearted and jokes around. He has been with me through 4 surgeries, reconstruction, and now to the end of that journey. You and your staff are exceptional. My thanks is not enough, but that's all I have to give.

I never thought I would get any type of plastic surgery. But after being diagnosed with breast cancer, I was referred to Dr. Shenaq. I decided to have a lumpectomy and breast lift. I wa scared, and didn't know what to expect. But once you meet Dr. Shenaq, you know you are in very good hands. Dr. Shenaq is a wonderful surgeon, very knowlegeable and patient. I would ask him the same questions on every visit. He would always answer them as if it was my first time asking. I am very pleased with the outcome. I feel and look great. He will definitely be the only plastic surgeon I would ever use and I would definitely refer him to any one. And for an added bonus, he has an amazing staff. My surgeon Dr. Arlene Ricardo referred me to Dr. Jay Shenaq after getting a diagnosis of breast cancer. Dr. Shenaq is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend him. He is an artist and very articulate with his work. He is a perfectionist and as a perfectionist I knew I was in great hands. He is very gentle and has answered every question imaginable and sometimes twice without hesitation. I am proud of his work and I am very happy it all turned out better than I could have ever expected. A huge thank you to him and his wonderful staff for making this very difficult time in my life a smooth transition with a wonderful outcome. I would most certainly refer him to a friend and use his services if needed.

I think Dr. Shenaq is an Excellent Surgeon and very serious about making his Patients very Satisfied and for that reason alone should be enough, but of course, I have more...He is a perfectionist and his staff are all great team to have on his side. Of course, I would definitely recommend those I care and love to see him!

I was referred by Dr White's office in Dallas, TX who raved about Dr Shenaq. I wanted to see if he could "fix" my botched breast reconstruction surgery I had last year from another doctor, Dr Hodges in Dallas. All I want is to feel attractive again so it seemed worth the 4 and a half hour drive (each way) to Houston to have a fairly rushed consultation with him (I live in Dallas). I took an antire personal day off of work and spent over $80 in gas driving 9 hours total just to meet with him. My husband took off work also. Dr Shenaq told me he would get my records (which I confirmed he's had for nearly 2 weeks now) and call me to hopefully get the surgery scheduled within one month (that was 3 weeks ago). I even got off prescription medication he told me I needed to be off of for 30 days before surgery. When I try to call the office I get the run around and no sense of urgency. I still haven't heard from them and now I'm moving back to New Orleans "incomplete." Is there any justice for… all I've been through?!
