Dr. Jay Mark Springer, MD

Very intelligent. Really knows his business. Always has time for me and my questions. He goes over and above his normal duties to make sure I'm comfortable with the outcome.

Doctor Springer took excellent care of me while pregnant. He is a fantastic endocrinologist.

Was sent to him from another doctor, he wouldn't even see me. Spent three months waiting for an appointment for him to cancel that day. Didn't give me the time of day. Normally doctors want patients, he clearly doesn't. I'm searching for another doctor that has time that cares. I'd never ever recommend this guy to anyone!

The Staff here is just HORRIBLE! Nasty women.....I am going elsewhere. Was with Dr. Springer for about 6 years. Last phone call was the icing on the cake. I hope he realizes this is happening.

Dr. Springer has been treating me for type one for the last 30 years, since I was 9 years old. He goes above and beyond for me and have nothing but good things to say. I would never go to anyone else. Even when I lived out of state, I made sure to coordinate my office visits with my trips home. I always say, I hope I die before he does because there won't be anyone else who could ever take care of me as well as Dr. Springer.

Dr. Springer was really fantastic. Though there was a bit of a wait for my first appointment, he really spent the extra time with my husband and I to answer any questions we might have had.I was sent to Dr. Springer b/c I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. He was very good at easing my initial fears and very prompt in following up if I had any questions after my appointment. He really shows that he cares about his patients by spending all the time we needed with us, and being incredibly patient in answering every question we had. I'd recommend Dr. Springer to anyone.

Office staff is rude and acts like it's an inconvienence if you call w/any questions. or heaven forbid you need to chagne your appt. looking for another endo b/c they are so rude, shame though the Dr. is great. It also took 2 phone calls to get the staff to understand I had a severe allergic reaction to one of the meds perscribed to me because they couldn't be bothered to take the time to actually listen to what I was saying the 1st time i called.

Dr. Springer is a godsend. I was referred to him by a friend, and he has been such a wonderful doctor. He is so kind, and so prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. I think he is one of the smartest endocrinologists I have seen. He really does care about his patients, and that is rare to find these days, especially by such a competent doctor. He takes his time and answers all of my questions. I wait about five minutes to see him and then he treats me as if I am his only patient of the day, never rushing me. He really helped me get my thyroid straightened out, and I will be forever grateful for how much of a difference he made. I would recommend him to everyone. Since I became his patient, I have since heard from so many that he is one of the best doctors around. It was fortunate for me that I heard about him through a friend of mine. There are several ladies that work at the desk, and a few of them are very nice, but be warned...there is a nasty lady or two I've had to deal… with there. One lady took me back to the exam room and she was very abrupt and unfriendly. I will put up with her in the future because of how much I love Dr. Springer. But, if it wasn't for him, I would have left the practice because of her.

I have been seeing Dr. Springer for 28 years. I was 9 years old when I was diagnosed and I have been with him ever since. Even when I was in college in Ohio, I would still correlate my appts with him when I would come home. I would not be in the good condition I am today if it wasn't for Dr. S. I recommend everyone to him.
