Worst doctor I have ever encountered. Unethical in his practices, does not deserve a medical license.

I had myriad emotions when anxiety and depression hit and I had to go to Frye. The staff was great and Dr. Synn is the best!!! I was so fortunate to get him. He is compassionate, he listens and explains things clearly.

Bad reviews almost made me cancel my appointment. So happy I decided to see him. He was very casual but respectful and professional.

Spent time making accurate diagnosis. Explained treatment options and allowed me to participate. Highly recommend to anyone.

Tried numerous times to reach Dr. Synn by phone and by letter concerning a medical issue under his care and never received the courtesy of any type of reply.. This was extremely poor professional service. I was the legal guardian of one of his patients who was going through a crisis.

I actually first saw Dr. Synn on the advice of a pharmacist after my GP over-medicated me trying to help me with panic attacks I had started experiencing. He said Dr. Synn would have more experience with the medications than my GP...made sense. Dr. Synn spent well over an hour at our first visit asking me questions designed to determine which medication, dosage, etc would be best for me. He was available the two times I called in a panic to help me understand the ins and outs of this dreadful disorder. It has been probably 10 years since I saw him, but the things I learned from him helped me bring my panic attacks to a manageable level and allowed me to continue doing the things I enjoy without fear.

I didn't like him. He acted like he knew it all and didn't listen to me. I left his office feeling horrible.

Cares for my well being, pays attention to what my needs are! Biggest problem is it is too difficult to get in. Waited 3 months for first appointment, but worth the wait
