Due to a long term skin condition, I need a good dermatologist. After waiting several months for the appointment and not having seen Dr. Viernes in several years, I expected him to be more attentive during this visit. He rushed through and walked out while I was in the middle of a sentence. The inference was that my time was up and he stated he had other patients. Even though he is talented, there is no excuse for rudeness. Whereas, I appreciate a doctor who is punctual, common courtesy and effective care should all be included to all patients. On the other hand, the office staff was very professional and considerate.

Very satisfied with my care. They are VERY conscientious in how they treat their patients and it shows. Don't believe any negative comments made (I see one recently) as it was probably someone who would doctor shop for what they want to hear. These guys are the best for medical derm.

Very nice. Seemed knowledgeable, but very fast. Insurance must rush him....

About 3 years ago I had to get some moles checked out and Dr. Viernes and his staff were awesome. Ended up having one biopsied, they did a lidocaine injection with no problem at all and very understanding (I, like many others, am not the biggest fan of needles, etc.). Got stitches, went out of the country for a couple of weeks, followed care instructions with no problems, came back got the stiches out, perfect. I've been out of town for the past 3 years ( basically since I got that done) and now that I am back, I have some other skin concerns and am on here getting his office number to call for the appointment. Why look for someone new when I had such a good experience there?

Dr. viernes and his nurses where the nicest and most caring people. They made me feel as if i where there # 1 patient and tended to all my dermatological needs. After checking in i didn't even get a chance to sit down to fill out paperwork the nurse was there to greet me and take me back. During my visit the Dr. was very detailed and explained everything to me. My appointment was over even before my appointment time and from friends that have seen him they say thats usually the way it runs which is smoothe.
