May I have Terrible bedside manners.... he rushed me during my appointment & dismissed my symptoms by saying they were common . Then billed me for an advanced office visit . All he did was talk to me

I have been a patient if Dr Yepuri for about nine years now. He has so understanding about my need and explained his good advice about my care . I always had very good care from his staff .Dr Yepuri has truly being a wonderful blessing for me when it comes to my health I would recommend him to anyone who having digestive problems. Dr Yapuri sits and listens. I was recommended though my husband is his patient. With my symptoms Dr Yapuri explained the why an endoscopy would see any issues. While I’m “under”, and “due” for a colonoscopy he suggested we have it done too. Dr Yapuri explained, and his credentials prove out, he is a “stem to stern” specialist. I have had three ColoGuard come back negative. DrYapuri said that they are seeing “negative-positives”, as well as “positive-negatives” on the ColoGuard results. Better to check and catch anything now in the lower colon. I am not the first, and won’t be the last to say, I do not like the idea (procedure) of a colonoscopy. But I’ll do it to save my life from cancer. Thank you, Dr Yapuri for having a personable bedside manner.

Terrible bedside manners.... he rushed through giving me information on what was wrong with me after I wake up from my scope procedure. With the Covid 19 you can't have anyone with you. So no one spoke with my husband and the doped up me who just woke up. Now I'm scheduled to meet surgeon to have my gallbladder removed and I've asked to find someone closer to my home and an appointment closing than 2 weeks out since I've been dealing with pain for over 2 months. The response I got from Dr Yepuri and Peggy his nurse was I should just take that appointment and they don't know any other doctors to refer to go see. I found a doctor that is within my network and I can't get Peggy to call me back. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend if your in pain.....
