Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan Shetty, MD

Freedom Health recommended this doctor to me but they do not follow up or return calls. Poor Staff. Not typical of a good doctor's office.

I've been going to Dr Shetty for 2 years now. He is amazing. Listens, takes the time, smart and really listens cares. The front desk staff unfortunately is not as supportive and easy to work with. They are not crossed trained and they argue and yell at patients. I had 2 situations where I need medical records and a referral. Both I had to follow up multiple times because they are not crossed trained and the ball was dropped on my disability paperwork where when I followed up was yelled at because of their lack of training people. Just be prepared to have to deal with the front desk and their issues.

Dr. Shetty has been my doctor for over 20 years and has always been a thorough doctor checking my blood work on a regular basis to make sure no damage is being done by my medication. I was recently hospitalized and doctor Shetty was there every morning checking on my progress and ordering things that I may have needed. He cares about his patience and their health. His staff are very kind and caring also.

excellent Doctor. Compassionate and doesn't over medicate. My Father also is his patient and my Dad at 89 years of age swears by Dr. Shetty.

You can not get right through to anyone. You have to leave a message and cross your fingers that they call you back. Sometimes you cant leave a message. Its horrible~!

I think he is without a doubt the best Doctor in the area. Have sent severel friends to him, and they also think so.

I have liked DR. Shetty since I first met him. He stays on top of things (as I have so many health issues). He's sharp!
