Doctor Nandagopal is always very compassionate and takes time to listen to us every time we have been with her. She tries to be on time and always explains if she is not so. Our lives have been helped so much by this doctor. Cannot say more good things about this wonderful doctor. Thank you Dr. Nandagopal

Getting a appointment is next to impossible Unless it is scheduled 3-4. She only works two days a week and is out of the country half the time. Don't ever have urgent problem or need refills. the staff will not make sure to get a appointment before your scripts run out. Been with them a few years but tired of the headach. Oh you'll never get a live person, only the voice mail only. Then you wait hours for them to call you back. Not a professional office.

Bedside manner is lacking. She doesn't speak directly to the patient. Can be dismissive at times to recurring issues. Never been on time, including 35+ minute wait times every time. Was supposed to see her every 4 weeks, however we've never been able to schedule an appointment prior to 6-7 weeks out.
