My family & I been seeing Dr. Gosai since 1992. He is a very caring & knowable Doctor. We would not switch our care to any other Doctor.

I saw Dr Gosai few weeks back for throat issue, I had a very good experience with him and the staff. I came for few days in a row for IV therapy and was happy to avoid going to the hospital. I will be making him my PCP. Great place overall

I had an infected leg which had been treated elsewhere with anti-biotics (two 10-day rounds of 875 mg of amoxicillin combined with 125 mg of clavulanate (sp?) potassium), but the infection was still there. I believed the anti-biotics were working, but didn't want to return to the original medical office (Med-express) because they charge a minimum of approximately $170 for ten days unlimited visits, plus costs for meds and lab tests. (I'd spent approx $300. during one 10-day period, which included cleaning the wounds, stitching, several shots (including tetanus, and anti-biotic), two 10-day rounds of oral anti-biotics and a $40. lab test). I had difficulty finding another doctor who could see me on short notice. (The earliest others I'd called could see me was Thursday and it was Monday! I told them I'd have a raging infection by then - that all I wanted was another round of anti-biotics, to no avail.) Dr. Gosai fit me in the following day at 1:30 PM, which was when I'd wanted the appt,… since I had enough anti-biotics to get through Monday, plus a half tablet for Tuesday. Lions Medical Center only charged me $70 for a first-time patient visit (compared to $110 for one of the other doctors I'd called), plus an extra $40 covered not only the anti-biotics but also a thyroid test which was my idea since I hadn't been tested for over 10 years and I'm the only one in my immediate family who doesn't have an underactive thyroid (both parents, both siblings, and my dog are on hypothyroid meds!) I only got the TSH (thyroid) test though. I'm wondering if I should get the T3 (thyroid) test too, as some on-line thyroid sites recommend, along with some other tests. My leg is looking MUCH better.

My wife's family has been using Dr. Gosai as their primary care physician for years. Matt and the staff, along with Dr. Gosai, take personal interest in your ailments and welfare. After hours follow up and accessability are excellent. You can't find this kind of personal care anywhere any more.

This Dr is very bad.They actually just for making money same like a some business.We went over there one time and calling for every week just for normal check-up so they getting visit money. Then we changed Doctor and they don't call every week. it need to be for every month. so i suggests please don't go with this doctor.
