Dr Makavana seems like a great doctor but his office staff can be uncaring and rude! We all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, but I was not. I wish his staff were held to a higher standard, I will be looking for another doctor.

Will never go to this Dr again. Treats you like you're on an assembly line, doesn’t listen to ANY of your concerns or health related problems, talks over you. How are you supposed to get treated properly if the Dr is not listening and tells you how YOU feel?? Had a whole 3-4 minutes with him on all 3 appts, in the middle of talking to me he would walk away and go into another patients room?? The girls are great but the drs are all trash just lining their pockets. If you care about your health and want a good doctor that takes the time out to LISTEN, then DONT COME HERE. NEXT!!

Dr. Makavana is the finest , most personable doctor I have ever been to. I would never have left his care if it were not that I moved to mass. He advises you as to what you can do using traditional as well as holistic methods for your problems. I only wish he were here in mass.

If i wanted to be diagnosed by wikipedia i would have done it myself!!!! He is more interested in his tablet then the patients. I can no longer see him. The staff is great !!!

ARROGANT AND UNCARING!!!!too many mistakes made by him for me to go back even if his bedside manner was up to par! The only staff that was caring and met my needs no longer works there!! his medical assistant I think her name is Emily is rude as well and curses in front of the patients(heard right in front of exam room!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT REAL CARE!! the good staff is already gone from there!
