She's a great doctor, But her staff needs to be replaced. Or at the very least trained better. I've been calling for a PA on my omnipod 5 all month long and they have yet to send it to J&B pharmacy.

The worst Endocrinologist doctor ever! Does not care about patients. I'm a diabetic and told her 2 months prior to my current appointment that my insurance didn't cover certain medications. She gave me 2 samples of a med that wasn't covered, then let me run out without having an alternate plan. I told her I'd never had a physician let me run out of meds. She laughed at me. I asked her why she was laughing and told me "I don't need to listen to this". I then questioned her about my medication running out and informed her my sugar was over 300. I asked her what am I supposed to do? She told me to leave the office and walked out of the exam room. I received no medication to help with my sugar. Don't expect her to listen to your concerns. If I could give this doctor less than 1-star, I would. Like

My OBGYN recommended her & said she was great and he was right. Her bedside manner is excellent. She is very personable and makes you feel like you are her only patient for the day. Did not feel rushed at all. She's very knowledgeabe and answered all my questions in terms I can understand, which I appreciate. I was diagnosed with hypothryoidism as a baby and have seen dozens of Endocrinologists... she is at the top of my list so far.

She is polite and well mannered but she doesn't know much about complex endocrine diseases. If your problem is PCOS or diabetes she will be great. But if you have a pituitary tumor, she will ship you to a different doctor.
