Jayme Farwell

Welcome! Thank you for considering reaching out to inquire about therapy services. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist with a Bachelors in Psychological Science and a Masters in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been in the behavorial health field for about 8 years. I have experience working with children, teens and adults from several ethnic, religious and social economic backgrounds. I have experience in community, private practice and all schools from preschool to college. I use strength-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavorial Therapy, Person-Centered but will also tailor therapy to the individual because I believe no individual is the same and no individual's story is the same.

Through this journey of life we can be faced with obstacles, challenges and struggles. We might find ourselves in dysfunctional relationships, experienced childhood trauma, grief and loss of a loved one and/or feel depressed, anxious or hopeless. Sometimes we might not know …where to turn. I can walk with you to help navigate to find peace, hope, passion, fulfillment and develop tools for self-worth, self-confidence and self-growth. It takes courage to reach out and you have already made that first step. Change is not easy but you do not have to do it alone. I hope that I can walk beside you in your life's journey.
