Dr. Rock-Willoughby is a phenomenal physician. She combines her clear intelligence with compassion and a beside manner that is unmatched. You can tell her assistants and staff uphold those same values, and they worked beautifully as a team. I consider myself fortunate to be cared for by her, and with a doubt know that I am in the best hands of a top cardiologist in the nation.

She doesn't listen to her patients. She comes up with a game plan for treatment and when that doesn't work, she refuses to see the patient again.

Dr. Rock-Willoughby is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. At age 62 I have seen a lot of doctors. She is a true credit to the profession. A wonderful doctor and a wonderful person.
