Dr. Jayna N Shepherd, DO

Dr. Shepherd was the worst Physician I've been seen by at this Integris location. She was terrible in every sense. She did not take time to ask questions, review previous health or current symptoms, she did not listen, she was borderline rude and Very condescending. I left feeling belittled and unimportant. She is Very lacking in de-escalating a person's concerns or reassuring them she is informed and making a sound judgement for care. She acts very dismissive and hurried, as if she can't be bothered. There were only 2 other patients in the waiting room at the time of my appointment, so I don't believe she was too busy. I tried to offer suggestions for what the problem might be, based on previous health diagnoses and family history and she said "You need to stay off the internet." Dr Shepherd was not thorough, did not bother explaining anything, was very dismissive and caused me to Never want to return to the Integris clinic.
