She always concerned helpful and awesome doctor me and my kids love her

She is do great with my girls.

While Dr Sanson is both knowledgable and professional, her staff is extremly rude and unreliable. There have been changes in appointment times that the staff did not inform me of, and then claimed that my number had been disconnected! They then tried to charge me for the appointment even though I could not be seen. I have had to take my son in for two follow up visits due to errors in the nurses information. But of most concern is the cleanliness of the office. On two seperate occasions, my son became very ill immediatly after his well exams visits. Because of this, I have had to request that the staff wash their hands and I do not allow my son to touch anything in the office. Any after hours calls to the doctor are handled by an answering service that take nearly an hour to return the call.

Dr. Sanson has been my daughter pediatrician since she was born. I have never had a problem with her MA's or other staff. I would recommend her to any parent.
