Dr. Jayshree Dhali, MD

Had my elderly mother's appointment. Get to the Dr and told she is only doing virtual and we will get a text. No text. Every dr at Swedish is no good. Avoid this hospital and its doctors

I have been seeing Dr Dhali on and off for five years for treatment of my thyroid. I always found her easy to talk with and ask questions. The biggest downside to dealing with her is her office staff. I repeatedly called and emailed because I needed labwork done at the Doctor’s request and the staff took weeks to give me the form. I informed them I was now out of medication, but they still ignored me. The office staff puts you on hold for twenty minutes, then they take a message that never gets answered. I waited literally a month and still no medication or call from the doctor. With staff like this, you will never get care from the doctor. A big waste of time.

Dr. Dhali was great, I have DM type 2, pcos, hyperlipemia, no doctor in my life so far has paid so much attention , gives great tips with diet and exercise.... Very patient. Very practical... Love that I found her!!! Brought my whole family to her... Will get my in laws too..

The doc never looked at m file or what my appointment was for an after she entered the room she told me she couldn't help me, she blamed my symptoms on the meds I was on yelled and was very rude. she seems stressed out, over worked and probably should retire.

Excellent physician, very compassionate. Very very Detailed and makes sure that her patients understand every thing.. Gives time. No false hopes. I have PCOS.VERY HAPPY WITH HER TREATMENT PLANS. SAW Her for 6 month. Now pregnant for 4 months.

I had a wonderful experience with her. I am a retired health care worker. I had hyperthyroidism, have been to many endocrinologists. But she took care of the problem right away. I am doing so much better.I strongly encourage people to see her for any thyroid issues.

I have no doubt Dr.Dhali is competent in her medical profession, but her bedside manner is absolutely abysmal-- the worst I have ever experienced. She is gruff, doesn't explain things well or in non-medical terms..I always feel rushed, especially when she constantly interupts me. When I tried to express concerns about a new medication she perscribed, she completely wrote me off and didn't even both addressing my ? about side effects or even ASK about symptoms effecting me. TERRIBLE.

Dr. Dhali is a wonderful doctor. Not only that, she cares about her patients and really listens to them.

Dr. Dhali has been my primary doc for about 4 years. She has helped me overcome cervical spinal fusion, diabetes, etc. She is knowledgable and kind, and she communicates well. Dr. Dhali has been a true godsend for me.
