Dr. Jayson Andrew Luma, MD

"Our first visit to an ER since my 8 year old was born, Dr. Luma was fantastic. My son had a seizure that morning. When the doctor came he was calm and didn't immediately start ordering tests and going to extremes. I appreciated his knowledge and also his personality. The high fever and symptoms pointed to strep throat he said. After a rapid test it was confirmed. I wish no parent had to take their child to an ER but, I hope if they do that Dr. Jayson is on call."

Dr. Luma took great care of my son during his visit in the ER. Minutes after being given a room, he came to check out my son and start treatment. After that we saw him regularly throughout the night. He was great at explaining things and easing our stress while also being straight forward. He made us feel comfortable and answered all of our ridiculous questions. I felt very comfortable and confident with him overseeing my son's health.

His personality doesn’t suit to be a physician! He was very rude, loud, unprofessional and he knows the best. But he doesn’t know better than the nurses.

I agree to the comment about him that he was talking about how many years of experience he has like a movie star. Trust me he doesn't know how to talk to people, he needs to go back to high school and learn how to talk to people. He was loud and fake!

Watched over my son. My son was very ill, went into an arrest. The staff was amazing but Dr. Luma felt with the situation so professionally. My son was dying. He saved him and I have him with me today. He is skilled.

What a great Pediatric Emergency doctor! Really kind and has an amazing way with children. He has a gift I have never seen before in his approach to kids. I have been to him before with minor things however, he recently revived my daughter after she was found floating in a pool. We were so scared but he was so calm when he cared for her. He saved her life and we will forever be grateful. Thank you Dr. Luma :).

Dr Luma is always gentle, yet aggressive when he needs to be. Cant say this about the other doctors at this facility. He is amazing!

always keeps me informed about his plan and thought of my son with long standing medical illness. At one point early in my boys life, Dr Luma corerected mistakes and recognized how ill my boy was. I credit him with saving his life. Will always be grateful.
