She is an expert in COVID and is participating as part of a highly specialized team!

She seems to be the only one who knows what is going on with our grandson. She fights for the right thing and does not back down. We are so glad to have her on our team.

My family can’t say enough positive things about Dr Ballweg. She truly is amazing. She takes the time needed, she listens intently and answers all of our questions. We feel so fortunate that she is here in Omaha for kids and families with heart disease.

Dr. B is incredible. She has a rare mix of being personal, sincere, patient-centered, thoughtful and extremely intelligent about her field. She explains everything so well, even with pictures, and will spend more than enough time on your concerns. She reviews issues, explains your options and entertained the 1000's of questions we had. She always treated us with respect and was concerned about our concerns. You can also tell that she loves what she does (I swear she never left the hospital :)) and loves her patients. We were extremely fortunate that my son ended up in her care during our transplant journey. Her quick thinking and persistent advocacy for our son got us through. Bottom line, she is a patient advocate and your child would be in excellent care.

Dr. Ballweg cared for my son with cardiomyopathy. She worked with him for months until a heart was available and he could be transplanted. He was on ECMO support and without her, he would not be alive. Grateful hearts.

My nephew and son died in the care Dr. Ballweg 19 day apart. Both had DMD but I felt Dr. Ballweg should have got another doctor involved in both boys care. Someone more experienced with Nuero Muscular. Now I am left feeling my son and nephew were just genie pigs for her to experienced on.

Dr. Ballweg is the best. She is smart, kind, considerate and explains things in a way that is understandable, realistic and hopeful. She has been super with my daughter and our family and we are so grateful for her being in Memphis

Talk about awesome! Spent as much time as we needed to get our questions answered and even drew pictures. Very personable and smart woman! She was super confident and great with my daughter!
