Dr. Jean Barthman graduated from Ohio State University, earning a degree in dental hygiene. She worked as a hygienist for five years before attending dental school at Ohio State University. After graduating from Ohio State, Dr. Barthman practiced in Colorado for several years and then moved to San Mateo County to establish her own practice.
Dr. Jean Barthman is an active member of San Mateo County's professional dental community. She is affiliated with the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Mateo County Dental Society, where she previously held a seat on the board of directors, has held each executive office including president, and …chaired the Dental Care Committee.
As part of her personal commitment to keep up with the latest dental innovations, Dr. Jean Barthman continues to expand her own knowledge and experience. She regularly updates her dental expertise with courses at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute of Dentistry, where she studies restorative dentistry, advanced cosmetic procedure, full mouth reconstruction, and neuromuscular dentistry.
Dentist Jean Barthman is located in Redwood City, but she is also dedicated to providing her services to patients in surrounding areas such as Palo Alto and San Mateo.
