Dr. Jeanlouis Benae, MD

Receptionist was professional and friendly! Had very little wait time in waiting room. Rose who takes vitals, is very warm, welcoming, and is also extremely, professional! Dr. Benae, is a giant in his field! Very friendly, makes you feel special as a patient, explains everything in layman’s terms, and helps you determine the best treatment for your problem.

Dr. Benae seems like a decent man and I suspect is a good doctor, but like most doctors I've run into is too busy to even try to do a decent job. His staff is completely inept and simply do not care or will not listen to his patients. I rarely rate doctors, but his staff did such a poor job I figured I would do Dr. Benae a favor and let people know they should go elsewhere. I can be ignored and not listened to at any doctor or no doctor at all.

I would highly recommend him

I want to say that Dr. Benae was heaven sent. My husband was in so much pain due to a herniated disc that was for quite sometime. The morning that I found him was after a rough weekend watching my husband suffer. I called in a work and started praying asking God to guide me in the right direction so that I could find my husband some help. I prayed and I opened my laptop and googled Neurosurgeons near me and there he was. I called his office and was first told that he had no immediate appointments for that day. The wonderful lady that answered put me on hold and when she returned she told me that there was a cancellation and that he could see us later that day. From the very beginning the experience was awesome. Dr. Benae came in and talk with my husband and I, did an exam and took us to his office were he spent time explaining from beginning to end what the problem was and what his advice as a solution. My husband had his surgery this morning and when I tell you he is able to… walk around and says that he feels and instant relief. Dr. Benae if you are reading this I want you to know that I prayed for God to send you to us and He did. Dr. Benae is very passionate about the specialty of neurosurgery. He explains the problem and how he will fix it with confidence. After delaying surgery throughout years, his confidence gave me the assurance this disc problem in my neck could be corrected by fusion and my life could get back to normal. I can complete the rating after surgery. I am sure it will all be 5 star as well.

DR.BENAE DID BACK SURGERY ON ME IT TURNED OUT GREAT NO MORE PAIN AND I CAN WALK NORMAL.IDON'T HAVE ENOUGH TO SAY ABOUT HIM HE ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTION AND DOESN'T PUSH YOU OUT THE DOOR.

He does not give you the personal attention that you required to have regarding your issue or your surgery. He does not give you after surgery instructions on what you can and cannot do post surgery. He does not take personal time to tell you what you're supposed to do as to going back to work or what you can or cannot do as far as your restrictions go.

He is an excellent doctor, i would recomment him highly

I think this is by far the best experience I have had at a doctor's office. It was very easy to get in and see him and his staff are so friendly. I barely waited in the waiting room before I was taken back to meet the doctor. He was so calm and nice and explained things in such detail that I felt I was in control of my health care. I would highly recommended getting in to see him. He decided I needed more conservative measures and not surgery at this time. I'm glad I got the second opinion.
