Both of my daughters have seen Dr. Chen for different issues with their teeth. They had different treatments tailored to their specific problems. We have been very happy with Dr. Chen's expertise, flexibility and kindness. Dr. Chen's staff have also been extremely helpful with scheduling, working with insurance and explaining payment plans. Overall, we have had a amazing experience.

Dr. Chen and her team are hands down the most pleasant crew to take you through the ortho-journey of alignment. I had the most pleasant time every time in their office, even considering the circumstances of the visits. Their light-hearted, warm, and considerate care will turn any experience into one remembered positively. I cannot recommend them enough,

I chose Dr. Jean Chen originally as her office was willing to provide a safe, masked and ventilated environment. During my treatment I found Dr. Chen always willing to listen and explain clinical choices in front of me so that as a patient, I always found it comfortable to make decisions together about my care, including any tradeoffs and what are most commonly done in each circumstance. I never felt pressured to spend more money or time, and Dr. Chen was always willing to explain the upsides and downsides of every decision. Strongly recommend!

Throughout my >1 year as her patient, Dr. Chen was always so accomodating of my questions. After my questions were answered, I felt so comfortable/relaxed that the braces appointments/interactions were super low maintenance. I'm also really grateful towards her staff, as Erica in particular was so communicative and helpful too!

After having braces as a teen and a not good experience with that orthodontist, I was nervous about doing any kind of orthodontical work. But Dr. Chen and her staff were wonderful! I felt at ease right away, they were easy to talk to, I felt like they really listened to my needs and wants for my teeth.
