Dr. Jean-Claude Jeanty, MD

I love, love, love Dr. Jeanty and so does my daughter. My daughter is medically complex and has 8+ specialists. However, I will take his advice above all others. Unfortunately, the other comments are true. The Staff could use some improvement. Well, actually,just the PCC answering phones and checking in patients. I'm sure the Dr knows this, but is too nice and doesn't want to have to fire her.....

Worst pediatrician ever!! Told Dr. Jeanty something was wrong with my son for months and nothing was done all I got was a hmm. Now come to find out they never gave my son his proper shots!! Do NOT I repeat do NOT bring your child here!!

Jeanty is a great doctor and I would recommend him to everyone however the receptionist's are rude and unorganized.

Dr. Jeanty is great! He is thorough and always reassuring. The staff, on the other hand, are horrible. They always seem inconvenienced and could not be less helpful if they tried. When my son had to see a specialist, the incredibly rude billing coordinator rolled her eyes when I asked her to send a request to a Jacksonville doctor. After explaining myself she said she did it, but I never received a call from anyone in Jacksonville. The staff have personal conversations that are loud enough for patients in rooms and the waiting room to hear. Ify preferred doctor was taking new patients, I would leave in a heartbeat.

We have been going to Dr Jeanty for well over 11 years. His office used to be amazing. But in the last several years it has become more and more difficult. His staff is awful, rude, mean...simply put horrific. I love our doctor but have made the difficult decision to change providers because of the staff. As a parent of a special needs child I should not have to put up with the nastiness every single time I call to get a referral for necessary services. Specifically Jenessa needs to find a new profession because this one is just not meant for her.

I have three children that have been patients of this wonderful man since birth. You will not find a more compassionate and caring doctor than Dr. Jeanty. If there is a problem that he is unable to diagnose, he has no problem referring you to specialists that may be able to help you. He sent us to Nemours when my then 10 yr. old girl stopped growing and her eye turned in suddenly. After a year of tests and different eye doctors, he sent us to Nemours for another opinion. It was there that an ARNP diagnosed our daughter with a genetic disorder of Mosiac Turner Syndrome. Dr. Jeanty has been an integral part of her continued care here at home, while we are still regularly seen at Nemours. HIs caring for our children and tender heart has now inspired this young girl to yearn to be a pediatrician also. She says that she wants to take care of kids and help them like Dr. Jeanty helped me. I am so very grateful for his support for our family!

Dr Jeanty and his Marcia his nurse practitioner really care and very good at what they do.. My children have always looked forward to their annual visit. Dr. Jeanty called me personally when my daughter was very sick to see how she was. He called in a prescription for an xray when she had a playground injury so I could go directly to imaging avoid ER and office fees. They called me back promptly with results. There staff is friendly, helpful and can always squeeze in an appt.

We have four children. Each one of them have seen Dr. Jeanty. At first, I was his biggest advocate. He is wonderful with newborns and infants. It is the stage after that is not his expertise. I have a 12 yr. old with ADHD. As his illness progressedI felt as is if I were inconvienceing him. I work in the medical field and have a true understanding of the dynamics of an office. In my mind, I made excuse after excuse because I liked him so much when my children were babies.I became desperate with my son and switched pediatricians. Best move ever. He is now getting the care and understanding that he needs. It's not that I wouldn't recommend this dr. however, I would defiantly explore your options. Especially, if you have a child with any special needs. Hope this helps..

The best kid Doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Dr. Jeanty really cares about the kids and they respond very well to his methods.
