Dr. Cole has been my OB for a year and just delivered my first baby in January. She is awesome! My delivery went better than expected.

Dr. Cole is wonderful! My husband and I are having our first baby (I’m 40), and she spent time asserting all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. She made sure we were comfortable the whole time. I’d definitely recommend her!!

Dr Cole is a very caring Doctor who listens patiently to her patients so she can provide the best care for them. Dr Cole has been taking care of me for more than 2 years and I highly recommend her if you want excellent medical care!

Harsh, rushed exam, bad bedside. Terrible tone. Have been there enough times to know I will not return. Worst appt ever.

Was very satisfied with visit, but appt was at 1:30 & Dr. didn’t get in to see me till 2:00

My appointment went smoothly with no problems. Dr. Cole is always willing to take the time to explain everything and answer any questions I may have.

She was punctual and took time to talk to me and ask questions and hear me.

Dr. Cole was the OB that was on call during my latest stay at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. I was admitted due to postpartum preeclampsia and a spike on my blood pressure. After having a very negative previous experience at this hospital with the treatment for my blood pressure, I was obviously scared and reluctant for undergoing the same treatment protocol. Dr. Cole came into the room and started saying how she would not be held responsible if I died because I wanted to refuse the treatment. She was extremely condescending in her tone, proceeded to put her knee up on my bed and wouldn’t let me speak. I explained how I felt unheard and felt like my concerns were not being addressed and she got even more condescending and angry, saying in a sarcastic tone “fine, I’m listening” my husband was trying to help and explain the situation and she kept ignoring him. My blood pressure kept rising because of how aggravated she made me feel and I had a horrible migraine. I said: ok fine… let’s just start the treatment, I trust your knowledge and she started laughing repeating: “trust me? This is trusting me?” I just wanted this whole episode to be over. I was crying inconsolably for being away from my newborn and stuck in a hospital bed and I pleaded I just needed some empathy. She then said in a very unpleasant tone “ok, I’m being empathic and this is me apologizing” She never let me speak. When I did she got upset and talked down on us. She never came to discharge me or did not change my medication whatsoever, so I continued having issues. Dr. Cole is the rudest, most insensitive doctor with the worst bedside manners I have ever encountered and I wish I had never been under her care.
