Dr. Jean David Dumornay, MD

I saw this doctor in the ER. He was very kind and a good listener. Unfortunately, he completely focused on my emotional state [I was exhausted from lack of sleep and frustrated with the long process of having to see four other people before him], misdiagnosed me as suffering from anxiety [I am a retired mental health provider with a career of over forty years; despite the fact that I described my lack of sleep and state of exhaustion, he assigned a diagnosis without asking me any of the questions necessary to make that diagnosis] and....he completely ignored the physical symptoms other than a cursory examination of my skin. Again, he failed to ask any of the questions that would have led him to an accurate diagnosis of small fiber neuropathy, which I got from my primary care provider four days later.
