Dr. Jean Paul Font, MD

En Febrero 1, 2019 fui operado de Perotidectomia por el Dr. Jean Font. La operación fue un éxito yo tenía un tumor en la cara derecha y él lo removió. En Octubre 30 de 2020 hace apenas tres meses el me ingreso en el Coral Gables Hospital y me opero de otra Perotidectomia en el lado izquierdo, estas operaciones son muy dedicadas y requiere de un trabajo muy profesional, lo cual Dr. Font me realizo con mucho éxito. Antes y después de la operación solo recibí muy buen trato profesional por todos en la oficina Dr. Como de sus trabajadores, las enfermeras y las jóvenes del front desk se portaron muy bien, no tengo quejas de nadie, yo recomiendo a esta organización con todo mi respeto por las amabilidades y atenciones que ellos tuvieron conmigo. Me gustaría que todos los médicos y asistentes fueran como ellos. GRACIAS A TODOS! Edward Diaz

I've been an RN for the past 35 years of my life and never met a so called "doctor" who to begin with has no manners but no professionalism at ALL! I had to change my health insurance and was very unfortunate to have to change a Real ENT (Dr. Agustin Arrieta) for this individual who was the only participating ENT close by. I read his horrible reviews but due to my emergent condition I was almost forced to make an appointment. The bad reviews do not say enough about this so called ENT doctor. To make a long story short,... I had severe ear and throat pain and the least he could've done was to take a look but never did. He prescribed an anti-inflammatory and asked me to come back in a month. I asked him twice if he was going to look at my ears and throat and he said "Next time I see you".....I think this individual won the 'MD Diploma" in a raffle somewhere. Stay away from this ENT Office.

Every time I call their office i'm on hold for an average of 20mins

Paid a $93 copay to see a specialist and walked out insulted and not helped. Have had several ear infections and because he has only seen of the 2nd one he has seen my information does not matter or exist. He stated I would have a problem if I would get an ear infection every two-three months and obviously math is not his strength. I have averaged between 2-3 month ear infections in a period of a year. He called me rude and sarcastic, denied my request of an MRI and scoffed at it. Interrupted me and said I am the Doctor and I am speaking. I do not care if you are a Doctor or garbage man- have manners. I am a patient, if was not for us patients there would be no Doctors- they go hand in hand. I see many of the same complaints about Dr. Jean Font's attitude and lack of expertise. He SUCKS, if you want to be misdiagnosed, pay to be insulted and worst of all, not have a resolution-this is your Doctor.

Yo llevaba un año con tratamiento de goteo post nasal y no se me curaba . Fue entonces cuando vine a la oficina del Dr. Font, el hiso la evaluación y en seguida pudo darse cuenta cuál era en realidad mi problema. En seguida empezó el tratamiento y empezó mi mejoría. Aproximadamente dos meses después puedo decir que estoy totalmente restaurada. Quiero darle las gracias al Doctor Font y al personal por toda su atención , amabilidad y servicio profesional.

Spent 5 minutes with me , went in for dizziness and the Doctor never even looked in my Ear. Just sent me for a hearing test.

I arrived to his tiny office to find the placed so packed with patients that half of them were waiting outside in the hallways. I asked around and everyone seemed to have been scheduled for similar times. Once inside, he was extremely rude by not letting me talk. He has a nasty additude, wants to finish the visit in less than 5 minutes. I looked at my insurance statement and he billed them for $480.00 for 5 mins...he makes sure he doesn't complete anything in one vosit and schedules visits for stuff that should be taken care of the same day. Of course, with only 5 minutes, he needs to stretch out a full visit into 2 or 3 more. I smell fraud somewhere here.

He did a procedure and went wrong, staff friendly at The begining and bad manners when I want another appointment to fix my problem, at the end pay because theu send you to a collection company firm for something that it's not done. Go away from this office

Staff is TERRIBLE!! I dont speak Spanish in Miami, so that is an issue, but if you are seeing english speaking patients you should have staff that speaks English! thats the first thing, the second thing is that I was diagnosed by the dr. to have severe inflamation in my sinuses. to that he prescribed me anti-inflammatories and steroids. i started taking them and nothing really changed, so i look at the drug on the label and looked it up online- the drug that he prescribed for me was actually a PPI(Nexium type drug) Pleased to say that my heartburn feels much better but my sinuses are still screwed!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!
