Wonderful and nice orthodontist. My daughter's teeth look incredible.

After seeing Dr. Gong, I decided to take my daughter for a send opinion before deciding to fork over thousands of dollars and dedicating 2 yrs of her life to the braces process. Received 2nd opinion and made appointment to go-in for initial service with Dr. Gong before ultimately getting the big Rejection that she will NOT be taking our case. Why?? Because.. we decided to ultimately get a 2nd opinion!! She did Not call to let me know I didn’t need to commute an hour to the office!! Nor did she tell me upon arrival to the office.... she had me waited for close to 2 hrs!!! before asking another lady to inform me!!!! She ultimately came spoke to me in person (after I demanded) with the stupidest excuse... that 1. Questioning her professionalism by getting a 2nd opinion and 2. My questions on how she was going to do the process stressed her out. So there you have it...My daughter all prepared for molding process after trekking to the office and waiting for nearly 2 hrs to… ultimately get declined. Her sitting there crying to no response from this unprofessional woman. You decide if this is the type of professional you want to deal with??

Dr. Gong is professional, friendly, highly-qualified (Harvard School of Dental Medicine) and very knowledgeable. She does not rush families into getting braces before the child's jaw and teeth are at the right stage of development. She explains her recommendations and answers questions patiently and thoroughly. She worked on braces for me (I had to have something corrected when I was in my 40s) and for both of my children. We all like her and are very happy with the results of her work.
