Office is very pretty and comfortable. Staff, receptionists ,assistants were all very nice, polite and very helpful. Very disappointed in the dentist herself. After calling ahead to make sure my particular problem could be treated, after my previous wonderful dentist called and spoke with her this morning. I was refused treatment and told to go and see the dentist that put my implants in. I am 130 miles away from my previous dentist. Due to some medical issues I cannot drive very long distances. This dentist insinuated I was too lazy to drive the distance. Started mouthing off it is only 2 1/2 hours by turnpike. I could really understand her hesitation to tighten up the implant screws, at first, but every time I tried to ask a question she cut me off and said you need to see your previous dentist. When I pulled off the paper bib, she told me to “act like a lady”! Absolutely insulting. I called my dentist and he could not believe that would not treat me. As he said it’s not… rocket science. Personally I believe I was refused treatment related to my medical diagnosis.

Dr. Johnson is always available for me when I have an emergency, and to me, that's invaluable when it comes to choosing a dentist/MD
