Dr. Jean Ann Moore, MD

Waited almost two hours to see her. First sign of trouble was when our son was born. Dr. Moore did the circumcision and didn't ask us which method we would like. With her there always seems to be a "sickness of the month."

Dr. Moore has helped diagnose both of our boys when in serious need. She is quick to work us in and while in the office I couldn't 't ask for a better visit. She is thorough during check ups and she genuinely cares about her patients. I love her staff also, together they make a great team!

I really can't say enough good about Dr Moore. The waiting time to see her is not bad and I would be willing to wait longer to see her than get in sooner with someone else. From empathy to diagnosis and everything in between I can't imagine a better doctor. Maybe it sounds "over the top" but I am thrilled that my daughter has such a fine doctor and asset to Springfield and to medicine.

Dr. Moore is a wonderful, compassionate and super nice lady who makes her patients feel special. she always does her best to get to the bottom of things and figure out what's going on with my children so that she can help them in a proper way. I couldn't be happier than to have found her years ago for our children. We would never go anywhere else.

After a total mishap at the hospital I was assigned Dr Moore after the birth of my 3rd child. With every intention of returning to my prior pediatrician (which was 2nd dr) I decided to stay with Dr. Moore. She is a lovely lady with wonderful bedside manner. She is a bit younger than a lot of pediatricians I have seen but don't let the young looks fool you. She has been everything I have been looking for in a pediatrician. Knowledgeable, friendly, super friendly with the kids, wonderful staff, ask questions and a wonderful attitude. I would recommend her to anyone any day. As a matter of act my sister in law recently changed over to her and loves her just s much as I do. I had no idea what I had been missing with my two prior pediatricians. You can't go wrong with Dr. Jean Moore!!

Doctor Moore has been my children's doctor over the past 14 years. She is kind, compassionate, and hard working. She always gets down to the bottom of what's going on and does what's right for her patients.

Dr. Moore is a great Dr! She takes time to answer all my questions, and she just tells you like it is! She doesn't prescribe unneccesary medications and is very particular about what she will prescribe. I adore her nurses, and could not be happier with the care our children receive!
