Dr. Jean-Philippe Edouard Darche, MD

I scheduled a telehealth appointment through the KU Mychart portal and it was confirmed via text. Then, it was randomly cancelled without any notification and I had no idea. I called on the day of only to get a really vague response by the woman that answered the phone whom told me that they scheduled me for the wrong location, which makes no sense, because it's a telehealth appointment. Then I tried to email them and request that they notify me in case they cancel the new rescheduled appointment, and they sent me a message via the portal instead of replying to my email that asked me to see my pcp and see if they can recommend a psych evaluation. I have never spoken or seen Dr. Darche and all I did was make an appointment, have it randomly cancelled, reschedule it, send an email asking that they notify me instead of randomly cancelling my appointment, and all I got in response was a rude message asking me to see a pcp for a psych evaluation without any medical basis. I have never met… such poor service in my entire life in any part of this country or at any medical institution. I would not recommend this physician to any patient.
