Dr Jean Wong, MD

She had no manners at all. She told me I smelled to much and I was fat which wasn't helping my kidney stones.

Dr. Wong is extremely pleasant, thorough and professional ??

AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR

The office waiting area was very small. There w as not room for several people to fit. The aesthetics of the whole clinic was poor. Also the staff was getting used to a new computer system. That is what they stated and there were several mix-up's.

Dr Wong seemed to take an interest in my whole health condition beyond the prostate exam i went in for. I felt she was seriously concerned with my over all health. She was honest and up front and made me feel like somebody cares... the first i n 40 years of seeing doctors.

Excellent in all aspects!

Office staff is great. Dr. Wong needs to have a better bedside manner and an understanding for her patient's concerns about their own health. I paid a co-pay to be told my visit was an "educational experience." I worked in this field for 4 years. I didn't make my app't to learn something, I made it because my primary doctor and myself are concerned. Apparantly this doctor isn't.
