Despite the negative reviews, Dr. You is an excellent doctor. She DOES take the time to listen to you. She is compassionate and more than willing to help. Her staff is awesome - friendly and helpful. If you don't like her dogs, stay home, find another doctor. You are visiting HER medical practice. No one is forcing you to see her as your pain doctor. I feel confident in her ability and skill to treat my medical issues. I feel safe with the respect she complies with state/federal regulations. Dr. You DOES review your medications. She DOES random UA's to see if one is complying with your pain contract. She DOES pull pharmacy records and compare to the medication list you provided to her office. Be honest with her. Follow the rules set forth in your pain contract. Great doctor!

Randomly switched my medications with no warning. Started having bad side effects but she refused to listen to me. She raised her voice at me and told me I was either crazy or a junkie and refused to switch my medication back. Will not be seeing her again. Never have I ever met a doctor so unhelpful.

I can overlook a Doctor who is rude but not a Doctor who does not listen to me. She does not even take the time to read the notes her own staff prepared. Waste of time & money.

She is a very conscientious doctor. Very communicative with both state & federal laws as well as the all the current regulations. Although this was my first visit, it didn't appear to be a "pill mill" thankfully. She reviewed my prior records and cd's before even talking about medication & treatment options. Everyone was kind and courteous at all the desks and happily made themselves available to answer all of my questions and concerns. So glad to find her for help!

Diagnoses clients with an illness, medicates the client for at least 6 years, and then pulls the client off medication cold turkey and states that the illness is "in their head", says that you are too young to be in pain. This is unfortunate that there are people out there like this, family should be able to trust doctors. They can't all be good doctors, as illustrated here... choose another doctor.

Treats her patients like addicts when she gives them the scripts! Doesn't talk to you privately, she does it in front of the waiting! Overall very unprofessional!

I have went to Dr you's office for 4 years and I have never seen such an awful doctor. For one she has at least 3 or 4 dogs that follow her to every room so it's very unsanitary for all patients who are allergic to dogs or getting injections. I have received pain control for over 20 years. I literally had all my pills stolen from me mind you all my medication was in a locked box but whomever took the whole box. I did call kpd and they gave me a case number and everything. The officer even said they do NOT HAND THEM OUT HARDLY EVER. So I call and inform the Dr of what happened. I go in and she would not even talk to me. She sends her ma in to give me suboxone if I would have known being honest would make her cut me off I wouldn't of said anything at all. But because I report stolen pills I'm an addict. I think not. I have always taken my medication as prescribed. And have never ever had a report of stolen meds. She is a very heartless Dr and she does not care about her patients at all.… She is the worst doctor in the whole tri-cities. If you have a choice do not go to her. I'm actually going to talk to a lawyer about this situation and just maybe it will open her eyes to see that most people are NOT addicts and take their scripts the right way.

My primary doctor refered me to Dr. You. She is nice & soft spoken. She listens to what you say. I would highly recommend her to family & friends.
