Dr. Jeanetta Lynn Cole, MD

I arrived at Concentra as a walk in for cdl med card renewal. Dr Cole performed her physical and then asked me to retrieve medical records from 4 different drs. I took the referrals and later was told that dr Cole wanted a test stress. I asked her office why and was told because she wants one. I then pushed back a little by asking if she was a cardiologist, I was told no. I told her I have a heart dr and he doesn’t think I need a stress test. I was later told after repeatedly calling since last Wednesday that someone would get back to me. Every day I was told the same thing. Finally a week later I talk to you o her office and I am told she rejected my medical card. I asked why and was told that my medical records were missing and they couldn’t explain why. My personal opinion of dr Cole is that she is unprofessional and irresponsible and became upset when I questioned why the stress test. She abused her authority in rejecting my cdl medical card and is irresponsible for losing my… medical records. I have never seen a dr work so hard to find something to reject a medical card in my whole life. I do not recommend her and I would never see her again if it is within my power to do so. Her blatant unprofessionalism And irresponsibitly to do a job without prejudice is uncalled for. Not to mention her office sent me out with request forms that the back page was blank instead of having the information that drs offices needed. If there were a way to give her zero stars that would be my rating. Stay away from her and Concentra.
