Neurocounselor with 20 years of experience. Has traditional talk therapy not helped in the past? We are bridging the gap between the brain and behavior with neurofeedback, brain gauge testing, red light therapy and cognitive behavioral focused therapy. Neurocounseling is a newer branch of mental health therapies that uses traditional approaches combined with brain-based research to implement brain-based counseling interventions, changing the way that the brain functions. Imaging has shown evidence that counseling causes physical changes in the brain by incorporating neuroscience and I'm excited to offer these groundbreaking approaches to those that have felt discouraged with traditional treatment historically!
