Dr. Jeanette Durea Leader, MD

Dr. Leader was very pushy when it came to the discussion surrounding vaccines and suggested that since she’s a medical professional with children she’s considered smarter than others who don’t hold a medical degree. I felt invalidated and judged. I also found it inconsiderate for her to ask me to bring up paperwork that the Dr. or assistant brings to the front desk when I’m pregnant and did not need to go back to the front desk.

Great bedside manner. She takes time to talk with you in her office after the exam. She has been my doctor for over 20 years and glad my PCP recommended her.

They don’t care and you don’t matter

I had the pleasure today of becoming a new patient of Dr. Leader's. I have never left a doctor's appointment feeling more satisfied or cared for in my life. Dr. Leader is kind, compassionate, genuine, so knowledgeable and intelligent, very thorough, and most importantly (to me) she took her time in getting to know me and my medical/family history as she establishes a professional relationship with me. Not for a second did I feel rushed and she made what is naturally an uncomfortable exam more than bearable and explained everything she was doing before doing it. After the exam she had me come into her office to discuss things for as long as I wanted and she even ended the visit with a hug! I came to this practice in search of a new OBGYN after not being very satisfied with my previous one and the search is over... I will NEVER switch doctors again. She is simply the best of the best and no other doctor I've had even compares. She's the one! I would absolutely recommend her to any woman… in search of a long term OBGYN. Looking forward to starting my journey with Dr. Leader as my husband and I try for our next baby!

I have see both Dr Leader and Kel Harper. Both are excellent! I recently took my teenage daughter to Dr. Leader to regulate her cycle. She was thoughtful, caring, and made my daughter feel at ease. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is funny, caring and a overall a great doctor!

Worst OBGYN Dr. Leader is very fake and unprofessional its ridiculous. I would never go to this doctor ever again and they mess up on your billing as well. I have no idea why Dr. Leader office is even open worst OBGYN in Georgia she will tell you anything, rushes her patients like cattle call after you waited for her for almost an hour and she is rude in her approach about your pregnancy and anything pertaining to overall health for you and your baby. Not thorough at all and provides very limited information she is always accepting new patients because she cant keep the ones she has and she is not sanitary she got a attitude when we asked her to wash her hands before putting on the gloves. She shouldnt be a doctor at all we are afraid to let her deliver our child so we are getting a new OBGYN.

I am glad I found Dr. Leader for my second delivery. She has everything a good doctor should have, like excellent bedside manners, answers all the questions with necessary details, courteous, concerned, and always wears a welcoming smile. I had a planned c-section and she was about to go for vacation the same time, but she managed to do my delivery as per my request. Thanks a lot Dr. Leader. Have already recommended you to one of my friends, who just had a normal delivery by you.

If you are looking for an obgyn who is interested in planning your pregnancies and in many ways seems against having children then look no further than Dr Leader. I was nursing my son but she placed me on birth control with estrogen a few weeks after he was born, and all my milk went away. I got pregnant again almost a year after my son was born, and the very first thing she said to me, when she saw me in the ultrasound room was, "what happened to the birth control I gave you?" So rude, and even more so hurtful because we found out during the visit the baby didn't survive. She immediately pushed for me to have surgery to remove the baby. The only contact I ever received from her office after that were one phone call to see when I wanted to schedule surgery. She wanted to put me on birth control after my miscarriage for at least 3 months. I later realized that was because women are the most fertile for the first 3 months after a miscarriage. Please avoid her!!!

Best dr she delivered my baby this will be 2nd time around that I request her .
