"Dr. JEANNETTE LEE was incredible. From the beginning, she was very direct and clear. Very professional she was efficient and attentive at all times. It has been seven weeks since my hysterectomy, and the surgery, performed at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, was very well done—no complications, and my pain was almost nonexistent. Additionally, the staff at Kaiser Permanente was exceedingly kind and helpful throughout my experience.”

While I was pushing, Dr. Lee asked me how big my baby was. She had been my doctor for 9 months and she did not even know who I was. We ended up doing an emergency c section. I wish I had just had a planned c section. I was not induced until 42 weeks and I felt forgotten. I don’t blame her for needing a c section but I was literally a number to her. I was in the hospital 5 days post operation and she never came by to check on me. Terrible experience.

Dr.Lee-Hua, is rude, has no bedside manner. She will coerce you into unnecessary C-Sections to avoid having to deal with a high risk delivery... She also does not follow your birth plan in the operating room, and allows for complete chaos. Including allowing your husband to be removed for non urgent reasons. She does not communicate with you during the operation, nor does she ever come check on you after. You are treated like a worthless human, and as if the delivery of your baby is not important. She is very assertive and speaks in a degrading manner. If I wrote the full story it would be to long. She has left me traumatized and with post traumatic stress syndrome, wanting to only block and not remember the delivery of my baby.
