Dr Tann was highly recommended, but her staff needs training in human relations

The waiting for the sleep clinic is outrageous.The place is a joke. I have waiting even two hrs and more to know that she won't be able to see because she's not there. every time I go I see a different doctor. Definitively going some place else. I'm also being charge after I was told that my insurance covered everything.

If you actually SEE Dr. Tan, your visit w/b spent hearing about Her Phillipine problems/family.

Highly dissatisfied. Any office appointment took 2 hours before actually seeing Dr. Blood and other test results took up to two weeks even to be read. Now have been waiting FOUR weeks to get copies of records. Staff and Tan equally unconcerned and unapproachable. Nothing gets done unless you throw a fit in the office.

I completely disagree with J Debus. It is obvious you were very disrespectful with the staff. The girls at this office are AMAZING!!! Dr. Tan's assistant has been more than helpful with all my medical needs. The wait at the office is long but worth it. J Debus you need help and you need to take your business elsewhere. Dr. Tan's staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend this Dr.

I cannot adequately rate Dr. Tan, because I have not been able to make an appointment because her ignorant, rude, condescending office staff would not schedule an appointment. After trying to explain to these idiots that our insurance company does not require a referral, her office staff argued and argued the matter with us. My wife has been to numerous Doctors in Orlando Florida and here in El Paso Texas in an effort to control her asthma, so far all doctors have given up. They have advised my wife to file for disability. A friend of ours highly recommended Dr. Tan so we attempted to make an appointment. The idiot office staff after arguing with us about a referral then started interrupting my wife as she was trying to explain the situation and kept repeating "we don't take second opinion patients". Dr. Tan may be a good Dr, but her office staff is absolutely WORTHLESS!!!!!
