Dr. Jeanette Wasserstein, PhD

I saw Dr wasserstein go diagnostic and therapy consultation. She was thoughtful, very compassionate, and insightful. She went the extra mile in my care, calling other providers and researching details about my history. I trust her conclusions and recommendations without hesitation. I felt really understood and helped.

I found Dr. Wasserstein extremely insightful and kind. She took the time to make me comfortable so that she could learn my history and help me to share the struggles I have on a daily basis because of my ADHD. She understood the issues and helped me develop skills to improve the quality of my work/life.

At my second appointment, Dr. Wasserstein informed me she had lost my self-reported testing, so I had to retake it. At my third appointment, she had not looked at it, so we spent that time scoring it. I asked for a written evaluation, which surprised her as it apparently wasn't her standard practice. She eventually gave me a few sentences, hand-written. I asked her for more, which again surprised her, and she begrudgingly agreed, though would be charging her standard rate. (Ok, I needed to share this information with my providers.) She then dodged my multiple calls and emails, and I haven't heard from her since. A total waste of time and money.
