Dr. Jeaniene Anne Talley, MD

Never have I had the worst experience. They charge for everything never call you back and you pay for their mistakes literally! If you have money to throw away especially during a pandemic then go with this office if not I do not recommend this office or the doctor Talley who condones this! Still waiting for my email portal just saying. I feel as if this office is a scam.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Talley since Jan 2019, when she became her primary care provider physician. Over the last year and a half, the doctor has done less and less, in regards to just regular care, as EVERYTHING is a referral to someone else. Each time my wife would arrive to those appointments, the referred doctor would ask why didn't your primary do this, or prescribe that? So between coming to Dr. Talley's office, and waiting hours and dealing with rude staff, what is the point? Other doctors end up doing what she should have, and my wife spends tons of time and money going here and there, simply because this doctor can't be bothered to do her job. So we are officially done, as we have now selected a new doctor I personally have dealt with for years, with little to no issues. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!

I have no problem with dr. Talley.. for over a year before I moved to Vegas, I was suffering from severe high blood pressure.. I move fo Vegas and dr. Talker figured it out like super fast.. what I do not like is that it takes a month to get an appointment with her even if you have to reschedule.. the staff I have a problem with is her front office staff.. they seem to have a problem with answering my question so they put me on hold and not exactly answer my question..I never see a smoke out of their faces and last time they updated my info then the next time I come into the office, it was as if my new info was never updated..please do ya all a favor dr. Talley and get new front desk staff..

Wait and appointment time is too long. If you are going to send people back to the rooms, at least make them comfortable. I get back ache waiting for 30-60 mins each time. The staff here are unhelpful and lack empathy.

Dr Talley has only been my Pcp for a couple of months but it has been the worst experience I have ever had her office staff are rude uncaring and do not know what they are doing her office manager is never available I had an issue with an appointment that I did not know that I had and then they wanted to charge me 85.00 bucks because I was a no show I am in the medical field had I known that I had an appointment I would have gone to the appointment I even explained this to dr Talley because I had an appointment with her 2 days later which was not a great experience she was in and out of my room left without saying a word I though she was coming back but she wasn't I had questions about a problem going on when I told the staff this they come back in the room saying I have to schedule another appointment I argued the point that this was an urgent question that needed to be addressed why I was here now she did come back to the room answer the question but that has shown me she is very… uncaring of her patients and not really concerned about them today I I was just discharged from the hospital needed to have scripts done they told me I couldn't be seen to 2 weeks I explained it couldn't wait 2 weeks I needed them today as it was migraine medicine the staff member very uncaring could care less that I was in pain after I get upset that dr Talley would even talk to me in the phone I am now told I have been discharged as a patient well isn't that great again proves my point very uncaring Physcian and staff being in the healthcare field I know how terrible it is but didn't expect this from dr Talley she needs to take a good look at herself and the reason why she became a doctor to begin with

After 3 calls I still don't have my prescription filled by the office staff after Dr Talley ordered it!

I think Dr Talley is an amazing doctor and her back office staff is always happy and helpful, always gets things done and never complains when it comes to their patients. The front office always has a smile and is willing to help.

She is a horrible doctor, she is very unprofessional. I will never see her again! She will tell you she will get back with you, months later after calling multiple times asking to speak with her still no response.

Dr. Talley is great. Her office staff is poor. I had real problems with her insurance person, but she now has a new insurance filer, time will tell if they are better. It's usually hard to get an appointment sooner than a couple of weeks out. Dr. Talley takes time with her patients.

Dr Talley and staff are rude and show little empathy or concern. The office wait is ridiculous when you have to wait at least two weeks for appt. even with broken bones and fractures she requires to see you for the referral regardless of your injury. worst Dr ever and my kids are teenagers. These excellent reviews are doubtful and probably written by her rude staff who never return calls as they promise. sHUt her down revoke her license give her a 00 rating Worst ever andi put up with this for over 2 years hoping it would get better but she cares more about the money
