I never got a chance to meet with Dr Bulan because her staff was so rude. After my appointment was unexpectedly moved location (without notifying me) I called and asked to move my appointment back by 15 minutes so I could make it to NP. I spoke with a "supervisor" who told me that I would not be able to see the Dr that day (after it was there fault.) She then said, "What do you want me to do?" "Re-schedule my appointment for another day," I replied. She then said I'd have to call back, and hung up the phone. Awful service.

I was seeing Dr. Bulan for quite some time. She was located in the Westfield office in NJ. She is now gone and none will say what happened to her. But to her benefit, she is an absolute fantastic internist. She moved mountains for me. I had a case of bronchitis last year and I was unable to get an appointment for a pulmonary doctor. She made phone calls and was able to get me to a doctor that day! I can go on and on what she has done for me. I want to follow her if possible, but no one in the office is saying where she went or what happened to her. Wherever she is, I wish her nothing but blessings and best of luck.
