Dr. Jeanmarie Chappell, MD

I've given myself nearly 7 months before writing this review, as it doesn't come easy to give a 1 star, but I fully believe, as did my daughter's care team, that my newborn was within days of dying due to brushed off by Dr. Chappell. While I completely understand that an in-utero ileal atresia is extremely rare and maybe Twickenham Ped is great with well-babies, when parents tell you that their child is NOT normal, screaming in pain 24/7, projectile vomiting orange through mouth and nose, is extremely distended, and has lost 2 lbs....I pray that you do not cast it off as reflux again. Furthermore, when visiting said parents in the PICU after their newborn has undergone 4 surgeries in her first month of life, please do not recommend that they go see your wealthy father's artwork in the lobby for his HH contributions. While I will vehemently tell everyone I know to avoid this practice, I do thank Dr. Horton for finally taking me seriously and telling us to pack a bag and head to the E.R.… as soon as possible.

My children have been a patient since 2006. I am so very pleased with this practice. There is little to no wait in the waiting room. The nurses and support staff are great. Dr. Chappell always takes her time and will call you back on her personal time if needed. My kids get the best care I could have hoped for.

Both my children have gone to Dr Chappell since birth. My oldest is 13 and every time we have gone to see her, she has done an excellent job of making sure my children were healthy and well diagnosed. When they did have something that was serious, she did not hesitate to act quickly and put them in the hospital or refer them to a specialist. Her and her nurse Cindy are just like family to us and I would not consider taking my children to any other doctor. Dr. Chappell gives the best care I could possibly have for my precious children.

Can always get an appointment for the same day. A real person answers the phone. Very quick visits with little to no wait time. Also allowed to delay vaxes.

Very thoughtful and takes the time to put the parent and child at ease. Clear instructions for treatment and a sweet caring staff make Dr. Chappell one of the finest Dr's I've ever had.
