Dr. Delsignore did both of my hands several years ago. Surgery took 30 minutes and I had them done three weeks apart. Excellent results.

I had a trigger finger and when Dr Delsignori went to squeeze on the knot I flinched. From that one flinch I was told I can’t handle pain and my pain is psychological, all in my head. She met me for one minute and surmised this. Then she said she wanted to give me an injection but wasn’t sure I could handle it. It’s possible she is a good dr but her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to from someone who doesn’t even know me.

just had second basal thumb surgery. She is an excellent surgeon, great bedside manner and thorough. I have recommended her to several friends.

She did a wrist fusion on me back in the early 90's. Put it at a 10 degree bend and can't do anything right handed anymore. Never again!

Last Summer I was unable to do yard work. This Summer no problem, no pain.

Dr. Delsignore listened to my concerns, thoroughly examined the issue and explained to me in detail the problem and gave me options for treatment. She was respectful; courteous and kind and I would go back to and recommend her.

Had nerve block for hand surgery. Told her the pain was bad and she said I should have no pain. My arm was on fire apparently neurologist hit a nerve. Even when leaving said it was very painfull. She says it my perception.( whatever that means) if I hit you over head with shovel and you have pain it's only your perception. After 24 hours the block went away and so did burning pain. She told me it was all in my head and anesthesiologist did a good job. I just wanted someone to tell me why I was in so much pain. I think all they were worried about is liability. Luckily next day I am fine. Pain was an 8 to 9 until next day.

I have had surgery done by her and was very pleased. She is excellent in what she does and how she treats you with care and respect. I have to go to her again soon and anticipate another surgery but know I will be in good hands..Thank you Dr. D.!!!!
