Dr. Kirkland always takes time to talk to me and listen. She explains things very thoroughly and her office staff has been very friendly.

This family doctor is horrible. I've been going to Jeanne for almost 3 years and had to leave because I was getting ripped off. The insurance paid for my visits, but the reasons listed of the visits she always charged for never happened. Also I talked to another patient who had visited her to get a signature for the status of her health to apply for a program at a university. She charge her 15 dollars for a signature. The patient wasn't due for a check up yet for another 3 months. She had a check up 8 months ago and was planning to have another in 2 months after she got the signature. I think that is ridiculous. I swear she rips you off for money.

This is the first time that I felt the need to write a poor review on a physican. The staff is ok, but not very organized. The equipment in the office is very outdated. After informing this physican that I have a history of depression. She precribes me a medication which side effects can cause depression. Her bedside manner is very poor. I wish I did experience the "good side", but have not.

It is very hard to find someone in the office to take your call most days by 3:00 in the afternoons. Office staff is very unprofessional when talking to the patient and very unwilling to help with any problems.Patient will be told something by the doctor and then you call in to ask the staff to leave a message with the doctor and you are told you have to come in and be seen before you can get anything done. I am very dissatisified with this doctor and her practice and would not reccomend.

Dr.Jeanne Kirkland,MD. has been my doctor for many years, and I would have any of my family are friend go too her. I feel she is a very good doctor.

She is an amazing doctor

Dr. Jeanne has been my doctor for over 20 years. She has always been caring and very agressive in providing the best medical care from simple to serious problems. She answers all my questions so I understand what is going on.

If you don't want to be a part of your health team, this is your doctor. She does not explain anything. Lab work's O.K. I like a doctor who explains lab work this is still in the normal range. I want to avoid sickness not get treated for something we could of avoided.
