Jeanne Hills has been restoring mobility and easing discomfort for more than 35 years. A 1982 graduate of the University of Illinois–Chicago Medical Center, she earned recognition from the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (1992–2002; 2006–2016). In 1996, Jeanne completed four years of intensive Feldenkrais training to become a Guild-Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
The Feldenkrais Method uses gentle, mindful movement and hands-on guidance to help the nervous system reorganize habitual patterns and move with greater ease. Common conditions treated include:

• Plantar fasciitis and foot/ankle dysfunction
• Postural imbalances and scoliosis
• Arthritis, fibromyalgia, and repetitive-strain injuries
