I fell 25' off a roof almost 20 years ago. I was treated by many neurologists over the years and all dispensed medications and did testing. Dr. Pallagi was very interested in my complex case and immediately added a medication with an off label use to allow her to prescribe the correct amount daily, it helped reduce my tinnitus and within days some head pain. Then her office called me and asked me to come in. She had been researching the alternative uses of Botox on chronic pain issues and felt I was a good candidate. Before the first treatment was finished I felt a definite reduction in my chronic head pain. Only stronger opiates had ever made a difference before. I now have the shots as often as possible and everytime I feel better before the treatment is even finished. It is almost painless and takes as much time to set up as getting the shots in my head.
