Dr. Jeannette Del Valle, MD

Since the first day i visited Dr Del Valle, she has been so nice and very accommodating and so as her staff. All questions were answered and educate me as well. She is concern on my wellness and talks very clear. Her staff are amazing, helpful and courteous! Excellent service!

I broke a bone in my hand, was told their next appointment was 2 months away, then get a call the day before saying my insurance didn't cover it, even though my insurance assigned me to her. I cancelled the pointless appointment and was seen by a real doctor within the next day, since it was a broken bone sticking out of my hand, though not broken skin. And now she continues to bill me for never have even seen me. You're a joke jeannette.

Unfriendly attitude. If you need a caring doctor, look for someone else. Patients are treated as though they were a nuisance. She and her staff don't know what courtesy to the public is. They also do not know that if there were no patients, they would not have the jobs they have.

She may be good for diagnosis but she does not review the patient's file before the appointment, and she does not remember what she said in the previous visit. I would not recommend her because she has a condescending attitude towards female patients. She does not have good connections with labs, hospitals and the rest.

Dr. Del Valle really is the best doctor I've had since I was a child. I'm in my early 20 s and my first visit to her was my first medical mission flying solo. No mom or dad now! She's beyond what I anticipated; sweet, caring and very informative. When I went over my concerns about my asthma with her, she was there to listen and had answers. Her extremely friendly demeanor puts you at rest and makes her very approachable. I would highly recommend her to any one, and always look forward to my visits.

I have been her patient for over 8 years.Definitely one of the best Internist in South County, Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. Very caring, objective, does not lecture but empowers. Speaks Spanish as well!

Office Staff has a terrible attitude. They don't communicate and treat you like you are not part of the decision making on your health. At first I was very impressed with the Dr. But I could not be more disappointed and would definitely not recommend her to anyone. I don't believe in a great Dr. with the worst staff. Often times the staff reflects who the Dr. really is.

Did not return calls regarding diagnosis....they did not even bother to call me to tell me what the x-ray results were. I called them and the office manager read my results to me over the phone. Whay not the doctor??? Ignored my requests for doctor follow up. Called emergency line to request pain med for excrutiating pain and was rudely told that I would have to wait until office was open. Unbelievable. Have since switched my primary care doctor and would not reccomend Del Valle.

Explained how medicine works, how, when and why to take it. Really cared about me as a person. Friendly person who is genuine and kind. Solved some long standing and persistant blood pressure problems in just a few visits. Reasonable rates.
