Unprofessional and disrespectful. Has no regard for patients and their time. Kept waiting for over an hour with no communication, no apology and no timeframe as to when she would see me. Too many professionals who actually care to put up with her

I highly recommend Dr. Graf. She’s very knowledgeable, very patient and take her time in answering all my questions. She addressed all the issues I have on my skin. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially scheduling an appointment.

Let’s start off talking about her staff the 2 times that u have been there is two women behind the desk eating and whispering and making comments about Dr Graff unprofessional! As a new patient Dr Graff could care less !!! Doesn’t ask any questions about my needs or concerns I guess she has enough patients that she doesn’t need any new ones!
